SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Processing and Shipping

 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed successfully, your order will be shipped out. Allow 3 to 5 days for standard shipping. Orders that contain a large quantity of products will require additional processing and shipping time. They may also be sent with multiple tracking numbers. Custom wig units may require additional time to construct. 

 

Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package.

  • We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and Fedex.

  • We do not ship items to PO Boxes.

  • All address information must be verified.

  • Your shipping address can not be changed once your order has been placed.

If express shipping is offered, orders placed with Express Shipping will process and ship faster than standard shipping time. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.

 

Returns and Exchanges


We do not accept returns on our products. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to customer support here and we would be happy to help. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for a product exchange within three days of purchase or receipt on all uncompromised hair or other items still in the original package if any issues occur. If qualified for exchange, customer support will advise how to ship your item, and cover any due restocking fees.
